These are genuine Tom Ford model number TF5178 in color number 055 which is Havana Tortoiseshell. The glasses frames are in excellent condition.

These glasses DO HAVE PRESCRIPTION LENSES in them currently. They are in great condition and are a light prescription. Buying this item assumes you will have these lenses removed and have your own prescription installed in the glasses. They come with the Tom Ford branded glasses cleaning cloth And the Tom Ford branded hard shell glasses case. The case is velvet on the outside and DOES NOT CLASP SHUT. I would say the case closure is the only flaw in this listing.
